jumpercise update

Day 7 of p90x:
skipped stretchX since I've laid off for about 4 days
also skipped chest and arms since I had to work out upstairs w/ no pull up bar

did plyometrics. lasted 20 mins/ 55 mins. heart rate: 122
I'm still not sure where the "warm up" ends and the plyo-X starts.

(last time it was 15 min, HR 165)

GOAL: get up to 30 min for each work out (that's about my attention span) but do complete work out by splitting it between 2 days. Also, notice a difference between warming up, and working out.
TARGET HR: Active: 125-130 sustained, resting: 60

you should try the insanity dvds instead. they're from the same people as p90x, but they are meant to work in 60days and the workouts are only 30 minutes long

remind me why you are doing this? joe, just have a baby.. you'll lose 10 pounds after it's born.
