I am certified many things, but am now officially re-certified cpr and first aid. It makes me feel much safer. And also I can upgrade my massage certification to board certification which is a fancy way of saying I paid a bunch of money and took a lot of school to be awesome at massage therapy.

I'm just happy they made it last 2 years! i have to keep it up for athletic training.
