After prevarucating and hesitating we finally decided to take the plunge into the world of "but it's just so much work and it probably won't change anything, besides it's expensive."
After all, Sprouts was having a sale.
And I really just couldn't handle the all-day meltdowns and neediness and was ready to just try something.
Also her pediatrician and I were considering OT and that is an even bigger boat to consider jumping on.
Ok so background over, 4 days later and we had a cheerful, helpful child. Until I got lazy and gave her some muffins con the evil protein.
Then ihop didn't have a gluten free option so I threw caution to the wind and gave her half a pancake.
Then I wised up and decided to search my pantry for alternate flours.
Then left the box on the counter while I nursed Claire for 8 minutes.
Then I figured out how to take modest pictures of my completely uninhibited flour child.
You'd think we were a bunch of hippies. And I hope our impromtu friend who sometimes stops by to play doesnt come over before we are done cleaning up.

I'm sad and happy that gluten free has made a difference for you guys. SO expensive! But you found something that works so huzzah!
I'm so glad it made such a difference!
