I love my husband very much, and I'm grateful he's so encouraging. To be accurate though, it is much MUCH easier to land jobs in the massage field than the biotech field. Comparatively, there are at least 10 massage jobs posted to every biotech job on craigslist. The chances of getting an interview with a good resume are also much, much higher.
Once JD finishes his schooling I won't be surprised if places crawled TO him for a chance to interview him. Really, nothing short of divine intervention could have prevented him from an excellent report from the companies he interviewed with. The talents and knowledge and personality he has always have given him effortless ability to blow away every one of his employers - the only factor that has changed is his need to be forced to focus on education, because if he weren't forced to focus, he'd be out overachieving to provide for our family.

You're both cute! I think one key to a happy marriage is for both people to think they got the better end of the deal, and you guys both clearly feel that way. You're both amazing and that's all there is to it!
mike's been having the same problems. he has almost jobs, and then something happens where he doesn't get it. and then i just get a job like that. it's weird.
