I DID IT!
Ok, for come clarification. Yes, I did make crepes, which are those thin french pancakes... The recipe came from the book pictured. But to explain, I did make them, and I did it successfully. I literally tried probably 100 times from the start of my mission (most of them were on my mission), and I would always fail horribly. They would be too thin, too think, stick, or just not work out some other way. But this time, I made them, and they were almost perfect! (They would have been perfect if I were a little more patient and had an actual crepe pan.) So, as Lianna said, I came, I conqured!

I love crepes! Yes, I will say they are MUCH easier if you buy one of those nifty crepe pans. But I still do it the old fashioned way. It's one of our favorite things to make!!
