So guess what? On Saturday night, I found my wallet... Yup, I found it! Four times actually. Then I woke up and realized that it was just a dream. Oh well such is life.
So Saturday, I'll let you all know that I was pretty stressed out about losing my wallet, partly because I figured that I just placed it somewhere odd. Then I'd find it, out in the open, plain and simple. I kept praying and had a good feeling about it. So I figured, "What the heck, why am I not finding it."
After I had come to the conclusion that I would not find my wallet, and that it was most likely lost at the movie theater, I prayed. and an interesting and funny thought came into my head:
"Well, at least you didn't lose your soul. Aren't you glad you don't need an ID to get into Heaven."
I think Heavenly Father has a great sense of humor. If you look at your problems in life with an eternal perspective, they always just seem so trivial and funny. With that I pretty much knew that it was gone, and there's no sense in crying over spilled milk. So I got over it, made plans to replace everything, and got on with my life. Such is life.

I lost my wallet a few weeks ago. I figured it would just turn up because I'm always loosing things. but after a week of not finding it Some friends in Hawaii found it. Can you believe I left my wallet in Hawaii.
I'm glad we don't need IDs to get into Heaven. hehehe
Great perspective. Something I will most likely use in the future!
I'm sorry you didn't find your wallet, but I am glad you shared your great thoughts about it! You're amazing!
so did you find it or not?!?!?! the suspense is killing me.
Huh. Way to be optimistic about it at least :)
I have lost too many wallets in my day, but I think I'm going to have to quote you, "Aren't you glad you don't need ID to get into Heaven?" But maybe we do . . . but let's not get too deep here.
