This year for hallow's eve JD and I carved a pumpkin! However, because our livelihood for the time being depends on my having whole hands to work with, he did the carving while I picked the pumpkin, the design, the strobe light, and scooped the seeds =). I hadn't done it for many a year, so it was kindof like an early Christmas - or like me not having any clue about this fun new tradition.
The seeds - which I dried and salted and am probably the only one who enjoys. ^_^

wow, strobe light in a pumpkin? you guys are all into! ^.^ we didn't carve pumpkins this year.. or any year. maybe when jae is older. :) sounds like fun! sure miss you guys! someday we will have time and money to visit you!! maybe we will be your first guests when you get a place of your own! (not likely, but possible)
